Danny Abramowicz

Danny Abramowicz is presently involved in full-time work with Crossing the Goal ministries which is an evangelization outreach to Catholic men nationally. Crossing the Goal ministry utilizes TV, internet technology, conferences, and leadership training seminars to accomplish its goal. Danny travels throughout the United States speaking at Catholic men’s conferences. He also serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors of National Fellowship of Catholic Men.  Danny also had a long history with the NFL as a player, coach and broadcaster

Phil Martelli

Phil Martelli, a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Prep and Widener University, has been head men’s basketball coach at Philadelphia’s Saint Joseph’s University since 1995. Acclaimed as Division I consensus coach of the year after his team’s 2003-04 season, Martelli is one of the nation’s most visible, colorful, and outspoken sports figures and is the recipient of two honorary doctorates.  In his book, Don’t Call Me Coach: A Lesson Plan for Life Martelli compresses his three decades of experience into a ten-point “lesson plan for life” that will benefit anyone, no matter what the challenges may be. “We are all coaches,” he insists, and each of us represents a book of unique experiences others can learn from.

Fran Dunphy

One of the most respected coaches in the nation, Fran Dunphy, who owns a 394-212 overall record, has personified success over his coaching career. Since 2006 he has been head men’s basketball coach at Temple University, and prior to that was head men’s Basketball coach at the University of Pennsylvania for 18 years.  A full-time educator on and off the court, Dunphy is in his fourth year teaching in Temple’s prestigious Fox School of Business.  Dunphy is one of the leaders in the local Coaches vs. Cancer campaign and was named to the National Council of Coaches vs. Cancer.  The Owl mentor also devotes time to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Philadelphia’s Board of Directors.
